MEDIATION

FEES

The Mediation will be conducted by Lynne Bastow (solicitor).

The Mediation is charged at £200.00 plus VAT (£240 in UK and EC) per hour. Each session normally lasts 2 hours

The initial Individual sessions to decide whether mediation is suitable are FREE

We normally expect Mediation to take between 3 to 6 sessions, the average being 4 sessions. It depends on how many issues need to be Mediated (for example whether dealing with the Finances or Children Issues and the Complexity of the issues.

We request payment in advance of each session.

We need a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise full payment for the session will be due.

We are available for evening and weekend appointments.
